  • Once Estafeta confirms the order delivery and it is marked as completed (via email notification), you will have a 72-hour window to report any issues, such as damaged items, missing products, or shipping errors.
  • After this period, we will not be able to assume responsibility for any situation regarding the delivered order.

3. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES At Wayan Natural Wear, we do not offer monetary refunds; we exclusively offer returns in the form of store credit for our online shop.

Exchanges:

  • Size or color exchanges are only processed for the same product model.
